Falls Park East Gateway Civic Improvements
Falls Park East Gateway is a civic improvement project in the surrounding area of the Grand Bohemian Hotel in downtown Greenville, SC. The arrival of this new hotel to the city requires a joint work between City of Greenville and the owners of the hotel to achieve its correct insertion on this privileged area “Falls Park on the Reedy”. 
Sexton Design and Development provided Landscape Architecture Design and Site Construction services which includes storm drainage, grading, concrete sidewalks, curb and gutter, paver patio, asphalt, grading, tree protection, erosion control, pedestrian and vehicular pavers , granite curbing and banding, relocate signage, site furnishings, and landscaping including all plant material, mulch, and irrigation.
